Absolutely superb!! I had a guitar that needed to be picked up outside of Sydney AU and delivered safely to Auckland NZ. I can't recommend Pack & Send enough. They picked up the guitar outside of Sydney, packed it brilliantly and securely and then had it sent to my home so perfectly and so quickly!!! I paid the customs bill in the morning and a few hours later it was delivered. Very well packed and correspondence to P&S was friendly and helpful. As a private and first time user I would definitely use them again, no issues at all. Many thanks.

Organised three times for parcel to be picked up first two times waited at home for them to come and they never showed up no call to let me know that they weren’t coming. The third time they did finally let me know that they weren’t coming. Finally on the fourth time they picked it up. Their communication is not very good.
